Invitation to Tender

Gladstone Ports Corporation (GPC) and North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation (NQBP) are jointly seeking tenders from suitably experienced and capable aviation services providers for Helicopter Marine Pilot Transfer (HMPT) Services at both the GPC and NQBP port operations.

Tenders for these services are to be priced on both a joint and separable basis.

Subject to approvals, these services are planned to commence in August 2025 with separate contracts to be awarded by GPC and NQBP.

The Invitation to Tender process will be governed by the Conditions of Tendering as described in the Invitation to Tender document to be released via tendering portal in due course.

Confidentiality Deed Polls

As a pre-requisite to participation in this Invitation to Tender process GPC and NQBP require that all interested Bidders complete Confidentiality Deed Polls.

Please arrange for the attached Confidentiality Deed Polls to be signed and returned to GPC and NQBP via email (to contracts@gpcl.com.au) by no later than 2:00pm EST, Wednesday 8th May 2024. Failure to return the Confidentiality Deed Polls within this timeframe may result in exclusion from participation in the Invitation to Tender process.

Release of Full Tender via tendering portal – OS00006768SP

The full invitation to tender package (OS00006768SP) will be released via a separate QTenders link OS00006768SP on 1st May 2024 to those Bidders that have submitted signed Confidentiality Deed Polls by that date.
