Tender Description
This project involves the replacement of the existing concrete floodway on Riley’s Crossing Road at approx. Ch. 27.655km, and pavement rehabilitation of both approaches by gravel top up to match floodway levels, compaction and trim to shape.
The existing floodway was damaged by a flood event in November 2021 and has been substantially removed and replaced with temporary stabilized gravel surface and rock/concrete slurry batter protection. Isaac Regional Council (Council) are seeking to engage the services of a suitably qualified Contractor to reinstate the concrete floodway to the dimensions of the previous floodway in accordance with the CDMG standard drawings and specification and return the level of functionality for Riley’s Crossing Road.
