Tender Description
Southern Ports is launching a significant civil and infrastructure projects program across its regional port operations in Albany, Bunbury, and Esperance.
Expressions of Interest (EOI) are now open for qualified and experienced Respondents to participate in the procurement process for establishing a Civil Works Panel (Panel).
The procurement process comprises two main stages: the EOI Process and a subsequent Request Process.
The Panel's scope includes the maintenance, construction, and installation of works to Southern Ports' assets, including:
1. Pavements / Roads / Hard Stands
2. Drainage / Water / Waste
3. Bridges
4. Concrete
5. Sewers / Tunnels
6. Land Reclamation / Earthworks
7. Breakwaters / Seawalls
8. Rail
Upon awarding Panel Contracts, individual work packages will be issued for bidding to the relevant Panel Contractors during an initial 3-year contract term.
To participate in the EOI Process, Respondents must download the EOI Documents and submit their EOI Responses electronically via Tenders WA before the Closing Time.
