Scenic Rim Regional Council invites tenders for the provision of grass maintenance services to parks and township roadsides for the various Packages detailed, as per the specifications and conditions provided in this tender package.

There are eight grass maintenance packages typically based on geographic areas (refer Table 1). Packages are then further subdivided into Areas, with each Area being identified by a letter and number combination (e.g. ID = MWG - 706). The tenderer can choose to quote on each of these Packages or just a selection of them. To minimize risk associated with sustained delivery of grass maintenance services, no more than two Packages will be awarded per contract entity. Council reserves the right to award these Packages to each contractor entity in a manner that ensures Council's best interests are met.
