Cairns Regional Council invites quotations from artists to design and deliver a mural on four locations around the LGA. Artists may submit for one, some or all of the locations. These are:

* New amenities block located in Lakes Park, White Rock.

* All abilities amenities block, Anzac Park, Babinda.

* Amenities block, Kewarra Beach.

* Wall along Jeff Pezzutti Park, Windarra Street, Woree.
