City of Newcastle invites submissions from suitably experienced and qualified service providers for the supply, delivery, laying and milling of asphaltic concrete along with various pavement treatments at locations within the City of Newcastle Local Government Area. Services will be provided on an as required basis during the contract period 1 July 2024 to 30 June 2026, with a further 2 x 1 year extension options available subject to operational needs and contractor performance.

City of Newcastle may establish a panel of services provider for delivery of the services. The Service Provider(s) shall be responsible for all labour, plant, equipment and materials as required, specified and detailed for the satisfactory completion of works.
