Scenic Rim Regional Council (SRRC) is proposing to repair road assets as part of the Disaster Recovery Funding Arrangements (DRFA).

The damage to these assets occurred as a result of Southern Queensland Severe Weather in February 2022 and are subsequently funded under the DRFA guidelines administered by the Queensland Reconstructions Authority (QRA) with funding from the Queensland and Australian Governments.

65 sealed roads across the Scenic Rim local government area are to be repaired under this scope of works. The repair works individually are relatively minor and typically include repair to the road shoulder, road seal and underlying pavement. Figure 1 below indicates the spread of work locations across the SRRC local government area.
