Tender Description
Cairns Regional Council is inviting submissions from a variety of suitably experienced, qualified and licensed trade persons and businesses for appointment to a Register of Prequalified Suppliers (ROPS) for the provision of trade services and trade supplies. The ROPS will be utilised all minor works, maintenance and repair work, construction and major projects for all Council facilities and assets.
NOTE - Existing Contractors and Suppliers who are already appointed to ROPS 2789 - Trade Services and Supplies DO NOT need to re-submit unless applying for inclusion in additional categories.
Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close five days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.
We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.
Submissions must be fully received by this time. Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Council's sole discretion.
Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.
Council reserves the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation.
Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.
Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
